As a technician, you’ll service daily routes, diagnose turf issues, apply treatments, and communicate recommendations to customers. Comfortable outdoor work and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with 5+ years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily routes servicing lawns and ornamental landscapes.
• Inspect properties, diagnose turf and plant issues, and apply treatments.
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control products safely and effectively.
• Communicate with customers to explain services and provide recommendations.
• Monitor treatment results and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation.
• Keep your vehicle, equipment, and tools in top condition.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring
