Responsibilities

• Mows grass, trims trees and shrubs, maintains medians and flower beds, and removes litter.
• Operates equipment, power tools, and hand tools; performs preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Assists with mosquito control, fertilization and weed control, and irrigation installation and maintenance.
• Supports Fleet and Facilities departments and assists with events and Christmas decorations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Operates various equipment, power tools, and hand tools in the performance of job duties; performs preventative and corrective maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Assists with mosquito control, fertilization and weed control, and irrigation installation, maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Assists Fleet and Facilities departments as needed and assists with special events and installation of Christmas decorations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISION EXERCISED: No direct supervision exercised.

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor environments, exposure to environmental hazards and chemicals.

• Work on-call or extended hours.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
