ADMA Biologics in Boca Raton, FL seeks an entry-level Technician I, Fractionation to support the manufacturing of plasma products. You will assist with cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing materials, while following SOPs and batch records under supervision.

The role operates on the night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and offers a pathway toward progression to Tech II, with a comprehensive benefits package and a strong emphasis on quality and compliance in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and manufacturing areas with careful attention to GMP procedures.
• Follow SOPs and batch records to support plasma processing activities.
• Maintain documentation and comply with FDA regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment before and after use.
• Clean and sanitize manufacturing areas daily.
• Operate COP washer and plasma-related equipment.
• Receive and de-box plasma units and assist with bottle cutting and pooling tasks.
• Set up and harvest centrifuges; monitor flow and temperatures.
• Prepare buffer solutions and manage waste and stock for gowning supplies.

Job Description:

Position Summary

This position is under the direct supervision of the Group Leader with support and assistance from the Advanced Tech positions. This entry-level position helps with the manufacturing of plasma products by Cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and processing areas, preparation of buffer solutions, and other tasks involving plasma receipt, pooling and protein separation.

Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Essential Functions (ES) and Responsibilities

• Cleans and Sanitizes Equipment before and after use.
• Cleans and Sanitizes Manufacturing Areas daily.
• Operates COP washer.
• Receives and de-boxes plasma units.
• Operates plasma bottle cutter.
• Operates pooling tank lift.
• Set up and harvest centrifuges.
• Monitors centrifuge flow and temperatures.
• Prepares buffer solutions.
• Removes trash (empty plasma bottles, etc) from the TCP and Fractionation areas.
• Maintains stock of gowning supplies.
• Make connections on flow panels for product transfers.
• Follow manufacturing SOP’s and Batch Records.
• Additional tasks associated with advancement to the Tech II position.

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

This includes completion of required compliance training, accurate documentation of sales interactions, and adherence to data privacy regulations. Additionally, the role requires proactive participation in compliance reviews, prompt reporting of any potential issues, and ongoing education to stay updated on relevant FDA regulations.
