Responsibilities

• Online checking of in-process parameters and completion of Log book and BMR.
• Provide machine for preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with departments for smooth functioning of production.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.
• Document as per cGMP practice in production area.
• Calibrate balances in production area.
• Proper shift handover to next technician.
• Fill daily assessment sheet as per targets.
• Maintain discipline and punctuality among colleagues.
• Report any deviation or abnormality to seniors.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Online Checking of in process parameters & completion of the Log book and BMR of Capsule Area.

• To provide machine for preventive maintenance.

• Co-ordination with IPQA/QC/Eng./ department for smooth functioning of Production activities.

• To ensure proper use of Personnel Protective Equipments in area.

• To fill documentation as per cGMP practice in Production area.

• To do calibration of balances in Production area.

• Proper shift handover to the next shift technician to fulfil the production monthly target.

• To fill the daily assessment sheet as per the target assigned by the seniors.

• To maintain the discipline and punctuality among the colleagues/subordinates/workman.

• To report any deviation and abnormality of any type to seniors. Other work assigned by Department Head.
