Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas in Franklin, OH is seeking a Quality Technician with a focus on meeting customer quality expectations. Under the Quality Manager, you will collect and analyze data from production, measure critical dimensions, and support continuous improvement efforts.

The role requires willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift, overtime, and ability to stand long periods. Strong communication and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook are desired.

• Recent quality experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Reliable, proactive and quality focused with good communication.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and document results.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze quality data from production and report findings.
• Measure critical dimensions and perform tests (seals, COF, GC).
• Support laboratory and quality activities in production.
• Maintain quality records and production trace documents.
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality meetings.

Position: Quality Technician – Experience PreferredLocation: FranklinPay Rate: $26.14 per hourShift Requirement: Must be willing to work either 2nd shift or 3rd shift2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM3rd Shift Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AMSchedule Requirement: Must be willing to work overtime, including weekends and holidays as needed.Summary DescriptionWhile reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for problem solving to ensure the quality expectations of every customer, both internal and external, are met.
