Job summary

Service Champions, based in Southern California, seeks an experienced HVAC Installer to install residential and commercial systems, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to guidelines.

You will work on-site in California, perform quality checks, interact with customers, and document installations. Requires 3+ years' experience, a valid EPA license, and a driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Installer.
• Valid EPA license and driver’s license.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems: full installation services including equipment, ductwork, and insulation.
• Follow manufacturer and company installation guidelines.
• Perform quality checks to ensure systems meet standards.
• Interact with customers and provide professional service.
• Maintain safety and compliance on site.
• Document installations and parts used.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties, using advanced tools and ensuring all systems are installed correctly and efficiently to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems: Execute the full range of HVAC installation services (equipment, ductwork, and insulation) ensuring optimal system performance.
• Follow installation guidelines: Adhere to all manufacturer and company guidelines for system installation.
• Perform quality checks: Ensure all installed systems meet company and industry standards.
• Customer interaction: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Safety and compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations and parts used.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Installer.
• Licenses: Valid EPA license and driver’s license.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $150,000 USD
