Overview
Central Florida Toyota is looking for Technician Helpers to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. As a Technician Helper, you will assist the Service Technician as they diagnose and repair vehicles and perform basic preventative maintenance and vehicle repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards and company policies.

Qualifications
- Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive "team‑player" attitude.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
- Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment; dealership experience is a plus. Brand knowledge preferred, but not required.
- Experience as an Express Technician, Lube Technician, or Oil Change Technician.
