Job summary

Superhero Fire Protection is seeking a Lead Sprinkler Service Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair fire sprinkler systems across commercial, residential, and industrial sites. You’ll ensure life-safety with hands-on skills, safety focus, and a detail‑oriented approach.

Collaborating with project managers and customers, you will document every action, uphold NFPA standards, and present the company on job sites with professionalism and pride.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on sprinkler installation or service.
• Knowledge of NFPA 13, 25 and related codes.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Service sprinkler systems in commercial, residential, and industrial spaces.
• Perform ITM inspections, testing, and maintenance per NFPA and local codes.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs or upgrades.
• Collaborate with project managers, team, and customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Represent the company on job sites with professionalism.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in sprinkler installation or service (Journeyman license a big plus).

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
