Job summary

Scotts Miracle-Gro is recruiting for an hourly production technician at our facility. The role involves operating rotary and inline filling equipment, maintaining safety standards, and documenting production metrics to drive quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor rotary and inline filling equipment to adjust fill rates.
• Follow plant safety rules and participate in audits and safety initiatives.
• Document production results related to efficiencies, speeds, and quality.
• Perform maintenance and adjustments on fillers including cleaning, lubrication, reassembly and installation.
• Conduct minor repairs and preventive maintenance with mechanical troubleshooting.
• Conduct manufacturing inspection protocols to ensure quality and communicate findings.
