We’re seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver excellent experiences and improve efficiency in routine maintenance of Canon-supported products, following Service and Parts Standards.

Territory includes Eastpoint, College Park, Union City, Lithia Springs, and surrounding areas.

Your Impact
In This Position, You’ll Be Accountable For
  1. Reporting product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation, ensuring accurate records.
  2. Providing efficient, responsive, and accurate maintenance services on-field, in-shop, or on-site.
  3. Maintaining technical information, reports, expense records, and Canon property.
  4. Communicating effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Maintaining the performance of assigned machines.
  6. Contributing to achieving branch/district metrics.

Please note: this is a customer-facing role requiring compliance with customer policies, including possible COVID-19 vaccination requirements.

Do you meet these requirements?

  1. High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. Basic understanding of internet environments and ability to complete training programs.
  3. Ability to travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record).
  4. Willingness to obtain necessary security clearances.
  5. Ability to lift 50 pounds and be active over 50% of the time (walking, standing, kneeling).

The anticipated hourly salary range is $19.00-$26.31. Role includes a transportation allowance.
