Aecon is hiring for an in-field telecommunications installer in Littleton, CO. You will install and repair fiber and internet services in residential and commercial settings, while maintaining safety standards and delivering quality customer experiences. The role requires physical work outdoors, occasional travel, and adaptability to evolving technologies.

You will work independently in the field, installing and repairing telecommunications services, solving technical issues, and building strong customer relationships. What You'll Do Here:

• Provision and maintain outside plant facilities, including buried and aerial fiber networks.
• Self-motivated and highly organized to manage workloads with minimal direction.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Previous customer in-home installation and repair experience of services such as cable, satellite TV, phone, or internet.
• Experience with fiber is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a MVR/driving record annually.
• Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Comfortable working in varying heights and spaces.
• Capacity to lift and work with materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Technically inclined and have a desire to learn.
• Must be comfortable working at heights with ladders or a bucket truck (training will be provided).
• Occasional travel may be required.

Pay and Benefits

The expected pay range for this role is $24 - $26 per hour.

Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
