Position Summary

As a Technician in Facility Services at Walmart, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our retail locations through power washing exterior surfaces. This hands-on role involves operating pressure washing equipment to clean walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and more.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, corporate vehicles, pumps, hoses, and nozzles.
• Assess areas to be cleaned and set appropriate pressure and temperature levels.
• Remove dirt, debris, and contaminants following safety procedures.
• Respond to work orders, maintain accurate logs and documentation.
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Perform other facility maintenance duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid, state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry.
• Proficiency in speaking and understanding Spanish.
• State/local licensing as required (e.g., Florida, Texas, California).
