Position Overview

As a Technician in Facility Services specializing in Power Washing Exterior Services, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of Walmart locations through operating pressure washing equipment. This hands-on role involves cleaning surfaces such as walls, sidewalks, roofs, and parking lots.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment and company vehicles
• Assess cleaning areas and set appropriate pressure and temperature levels
• Remove dirt, debris, and contaminants safely
• Respond to work orders and keep accurate records
• Perform safety checks and routine maintenance on equipment
• Assist with other facility maintenance tasks as needed

Minimum Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in power washing or exterior maintenance
• Valid state-issued driver’s license
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams

Education and Certifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Certifications in power washing or facility maintenance are preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range is $19.00 to $35.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.
