Southeastern Facility Maintenance is seeking a dynamic bilingual technician to join our growing team in the Miami region. The ideal candidate will perform general maintenance and HVAC-related tasks, work independently, and report in our software platform.

The role requires strong troubleshooting and documentation skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 25 pounds. Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required.
