Job summary

Southeastern Facility Maintenance is seeking a dynamic technician to join our team in the Miami area. The role involves general maintenance, HVAC, and construction tasks with opportunities to learn additional trades.

You will service client locations, handle preventive maintenance, and document progress using Buildops. The ideal candidate is bi-lingual, dependable, able to work independently, and capable of lifting 25 pounds while traveling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual required for communication success.
• Strong troubleshooting and documenting skill sets.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Servicing work orders at client locations in the Miami region.
• Performing maintenance and HVAC preventative tasks.
