The technician supports cost control through effective resource management and collaborates with management and third-party providers to uphold quality standards. By troubleshooting issues and delivering timely service, the technician contributes to a secure and well-maintained environment that meets operational and customer needs while promoting continuous improvement and adherence to company policies.

• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Experience in managing facility exterior services, including seasonal maintenance such as snow and ice removal.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, quality assurance inspections, and resolving customer service issues effectively.
• Ability to prepare and manage budgets, including cost estimates and purchase approvals.
• Competence in coordinating third-party providers and leading teams to achieve operational goals.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with management, associates, and external partners.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

• No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three (3) years.
• No more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle.
• No serious traffic violations (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
• No preventable accidents (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification pre- hire.
• As required by section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, ability to read and speak in the English language.
• 2 years’ experience in the landscaping/gardening industry

• Experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in speaking and understanding Spanish.
• State/local licensing where required (for example, Florida, Texas, California, etc).
