The Facility Services Exterior Services team ensures safe, efficient, and well-maintained Walmart locations by managing exterior maintenance, seasonal activities, and equipment operations. Members collaborate closely with management and third-party providers to deliver quality service and maintain compliance with regulations. The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three (3) years.
• No more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle.
• No serious traffic violations (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
• No preventable accidents (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification pre- hire.
• As required by section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, ability to read and speak in the English language.
• 2 years’ experience in the landscaping/gardening industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency and be able to maintain a minimum of a 90 day Medical Examiner’s Certification (MEC) card, Associate’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Maintenance, Construction Management, or related area.
• Experience in third-party management.
• Experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in speaking and understanding Spanish.
• State/local licensing where required (for example, Florida, Texas, California, etc).
