The Facilities Services team ensures safe and efficient store operations by managing maintenance, HVAC, refrigeration, and exterior services. What you'll do:
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment following safety protocols and certification requirements.
- Perform seasonal exterior maintenance including snow and ice management to ensure safe facility conditions.
- Manage vehicle maintenance, inspections, and documentation to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
- Lead third‑party providers, conduct quality assurance inspections, and coach team members for performance improvement.
- Control costs by sourcing parts and equipment, submitting warranty claims, and preparing budget estimates for projects.
- Address customer concerns by troubleshooting and ensuring service meets facility and event needs.
- Comply with OSHA, EPA, and company policies to maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
What you’ll bring:

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
