Job summary

You will help bring engineering ideas to life on the production floor—turning concepts into practical improvements that make manufacturing safer, faster, and more reliable. Your hands-on work will directlyimpactproduct quality, process stability, and delivery performance for critical liquid cooling solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support process trials and equipment setups to enable safe and effective production improvements
• Collect and analyze production data to identify issues and guide better decision-making

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field; equivalent hands-on experience may be considered.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical documentation, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production support, equipment setup, tooling, maintenance, or continuous improvement environments.
• Experience supporting process trials, production launches, equipment troubleshooting, or engineering projects.
• Familiarity with manufacturing documentation, data collection systems, and lean manufacturing practices.

Job Criteria

• Hands-on mechanical aptitude with the ability to support equipment, tooling, fixtures, and production processes.
• Experience using measurement tools, gauges, hand tools, and computer-based documentation systems.
• Ability to accurately collect data, document observations, and maintain records for engineering review.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, safe work practices, and 5S principles.
• Ability to identify issues, elevate concerns appropriately, and support timely resolution of production challenges.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers, operators, supervisors, quality teams, maintenance personnel, and other cross-functional partners.

• The targeted salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 based on experience.
