Job summary

Temco Logistics, the fastest-growing appliance delivery and installation company in the U.S., is expanding in Decatur, IL. We are seeking motivated individuals who want to drive, install, and grow with a company that values safety and customer satisfaction.

You will operate a 26 ft box truck on local routes, load and install appliances, and ensure accurate records using mobile devices. No experience needed for training; uniforms/PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles preferred.
• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical a plus.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies and lifting straps.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow safety protocols.
