Temco Logistics in Decatur, IL is hiring for delivery professionals who will operate a 26 ft box truck on local routes, load and install appliances, and deliver outstanding service.

Qualified applicants are 21+ years old, able to lift 100+ lbs, have strong communication, and are comfortable with GPS apps; prior box truck or appliance install experience is a plus, with a clean driving record and ability to pass background checks.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.

What You Bring

• MUST be 21+ years of age
• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs. using proper equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.

Experience Driving Box Trucks or Delivery Vehicles (preferred)

• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical (a plus!).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
