Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair compact construction equipment, emphasizing hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain systems
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently; service reports, allocation of time, and tracking parts charged and returned
• Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring customer needs and deadlines are met
• Complete all scheduled repairs in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensure equipment and parts areas are in excellent and safe operating condition
• Adhere to all safety rules and maintain quality housekeeping in the shop area
• Maintain equipment and supplies to avoid waste, prevent accidents and damage to personnel and equipment

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years or more of experience with heavy equipment or compact construction equipment

Preferred

• Associate's in a related technical field (Diesel Technology)
• 4 years or more of experience with heavy equipment and compact construction equipment
