Responsibilities

• Perform industrial cleaning and labor support tasks as directed by leaders, supervisors, or account managers.
• Operate manual tools and production-related equipment safely and efficiently to support job completion.
• Monitor work processes to ensure quality standards and operational efficiency.
• Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or process problems to the team leader immediately.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, equipment, and break spaces at all times.
• Complete required daily documentation, including shift summaries, logs, and inventory reports as requested.
• Assist with on-the-job training and onboarding of new employees or transfers.
• Follow all company policies, employee handbook guidelines, and supervisor instructions.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and MPW safety standards in all activities.
• Communicate job progress and issues clearly to supervisors and team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.
