MPW Industrial Service Group is seeking a dependable Technician to support operations with hands-on industrial cleaning and labor tasks across job sites. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform cleaning and labor duties, operate tools safely, report issues promptly, and assist with onboarding while adhering to OSHA regulations and MPW safety standards. Flexibility for overtime and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some high school education acceptable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform continuous physical labor during 8–12 hour shifts.
• Effective written and verbal communication with team members and supervisors.
• Comfortable working in industrial environments with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and weather conditions; PPE including respirators may be required.

• Arrive at job sites on time and maintain a professional attitude toward coworkers and customers.
• Perform industrial cleaning and labor support tasks as directed by team leaders or account managers.
• Operate manual tools and production-related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor work processes to ensure quality standards and efficiency.
• Complete daily shift documentation including logs and inventory reports.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and MPW safety standards.
