Blue Origin in Van Horn, TX, is seeking a Precision Cleaning Technician to support the Propulsion/Integrated Supply Chain lab. You will perform precision cleaning, passivation, inspection, testing, and final packaging of aerospace hardware.
Roles include using solvents, hydrostatic testing, equipment calibration, and maintaining a clean room, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and reliability to enable spaceflight programs.

This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which includes Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance, and Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. We are a diverse team committed to safety. This position will require your commitment and attention to detail towards safe and repeatable space flight, with a goal of lowering the cost of access to space and enabling Blue Origin’s vision of millions of people living and working in space to benefit Earth.
As part of a diverse and hardworking team of technicians, you will primarily perform precision cleaning of aerospace components, including inspection, disassembly, cleaning, verification of cleanliness, reassembly, operational testing, leak check, and final packaging. You will contribute to propulsion module, engine, and sub-assembly manufacturing. The Cleaning, Passivation, and Verification Lab is a critical part of the company\'s Integrated Supply Chain.
Our team is a direct supplier to all Blue Origin business units and supports New Shepard, New Glenn, Blue Moon, and Blue Engines programs. The Launch Site One Cleaning, Passivation, and Verification team provides a crucial, integrated service across four Blue Origin sites.
