This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.
As a Clean Room Technician at Blue Origin, you will provide tactical and technical support to engineering, production, and manufacturing teams by performing functions associated with production operations in a clean-room environment. You will carry out the precision cleaning, inspection, packaging, and preparation of aerospace hardware using specialized equipment and procedures to ensure cleanliness and readiness of flight and non-flight systems. You will also set up, calibrate, and perform preventative maintenance on critical clean room equipment, supporting operational excellence and safe, repeatable spaceflight. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and continuous learning in a dynamic, team-based environment.
As a Clean Room Technician, you will be part of a highly skilled team specializing in the precision cleaning, preparation, and verification of aerospace hardware prior to assembly, testing, and flight. Your expertise will directly impact hardware reliability and mission success, ensuring that all components meet rigorous standards for cleanliness, quality, and readiness. The team's cross-functional work supports composites, structures, sub-assembly, refurbishment, final assembly, and more, playing a vital role in safe, repeatable spaceflight operations.
Required for all positions. A standard Blue Origin background check is required.
