Requirements

• Automotive dealership experience preferred
• Ford experience is a plus
• PA Emission/Inspection License required
• Valid Driver’s License with no major violations in the past 3 years

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders from dispatcher and take to stall area
• Perform work as outlined on repair orders accurately and efficiently, following dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform appropriate repairs
• Document work performed and reasons for component failures
• Attend factory-sponsored training classes
• Keep shop area neat and be able to account for all dealership-owned tools
• Follow federal, state, and local regulations regarding chemicals and hazardous waste disposal
• Road-test vehicles to quality-check work performed
