Job summary

A leading automotive lighting manufacturer in Flora, Illinois is seeking a Technician - C to maintain and repair machinery. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and up to 2 years of experience in manufacturing. North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Technician - C to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain and repair machinery within the department to reduce downtime and ensure the smooth flow of materials.

Your Priorities

  • Set up and troubleshoot machinery.
  • Perform daily routine maintenance on machinery.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels of spare parts and materials.
  • Move in-process materials as needed.
  • Ensure smooth flow of materials through the department.
  • Maintain a log of machine repairs.
Requirements

Your Background

High School Diploma or GED, plus 0 to 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.

Completion of Levels 1, 2, and 3 of the Technical Certification Program is preferred.
