Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Answer client appointment requests (phone & email)
• Greet clients with compassion and professionalism
• Communicate with doctor and staff about appointments and wait times
• Have knowledge of or are willing to learn about preventative care for pets
• De-escalate upsetting situations with excellent customer service
• Maintain positive and cooperative relationship with staff and a family-like atmosphere
