Caliber Collision Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice

Position Overview: Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice. This role involves performing various duties related to vehicle repair, including repairing damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved techniques. The apprentice will learn to read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and ensure quality and accuracy under mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance coverage.
  • Nice to Have (but not required): Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to perform physical activities such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Complete required training and certifications related to TAP.
