Assists technicians with installation, evaluation, maintenance, and repair services for overhead doors at customer worksites located throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and occasionally out of state.

Responsibilities include:

1. Pulling and loading daily job materials safely and organized.
2. Preparing and setting up work sites for safety and efficiency.
3. Unloading and organizing tools and materials for each job.
4. Assisting lead technicians to perform work according to industry standards.
5. Handling products carefully during work to avoid injury or damage.
6. Cleaning up after jobs, including trash removal and sweeping.
7. Unloading disposal materials and cleaning/reorganizing trucks for next jobs.
8. Restocking truck inventory as needed.
9. Gathering materials required for daily work under supervision.

Essential Functions:

• Perform duties assigned by the service manager and technicians.
• Work with power tools, maintain a clean environment, and prepare materials.
• Transport tools and materials to and from the service area.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Basic tool handling experience.
• Ability to navigate software and perform basic data entry.
• Valid driver’s license.

Work Environment:

Worksites vary; may include controlled or uncontrolled environments, with safety precautions observed at all times.
