Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group in Greenwood Village, CO, is seeking a Technician Apprentice to start a career in powersports by learning basic repairs under a Master Technician. This full-time role provides structured training and exposure to motorcycles, side-by-sides, ATVs, PWC, and more.

You will gain hands-on experience, receive step-by-step guidance, and have opportunities for advancement, with competitive pay and strong benefits as you progress toward a main line technician role.

Qualifications

• Passion for powersports and a desire to pursue a career as a technician.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a Master Level Technician to learn and perform basic repairs and diagnostics on various powersports vehicles including motorcycles, side by sides, ATV's, PWC, and more.
• Gain exposure to all the biggest manufacturers in the powersports industry.
• Follow a structured training program designed to accelerate learning and build proficiency as a technician.
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service and satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
