Our Service Technician Apprentices install and service equipment related to commercial doors & docks, providing industry-leading customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations and service on dock equipment
• Install and service electrical and hydraulic equipment according to manufacturer standards
• Fabricate brackets and mounts with welders and power tools
• Weld onsite to repair docks, levelers, bumpers, doors, and secure brackets
• Maintain a safe environment by monitoring the dock area and clearing debris
• Use tech support for troubleshooting
• Document all work and recommend repairs
