Job description

Join to apply for the Technician / Applicator role at Mosquito Shield Franchise.

We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time seasonal pesticide applicator positions. If you have a positive attitude, are self-motivated, and excel at customer service, we encourage you to apply. You will work outdoors servicing properties throughout the Twin Cities, with responsibilities including applying mosquito and tick control treatments using backpack sprayers.

Pay Range

Weekly pay ranges from $800 to $1,200, with potential to earn over $1,000 a week. Compensation includes bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, from April through mid-October.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry a 40-45 lb backpack sprayer.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily routes independently.
• Provide excellent customer service to exceed expectations.
• Maintain safety protocols and vehicle cleanliness.
• Apply treatments using electronic routing systems and pesticide equipment.

Qualifications

• Preferred but not required: valid MN pesticide license.
