Join our team as a Technician, Aftermarket Parts Installation (30484) at Off Road Warehouse.

We are seeking passionate gearheads to join our 4WP retail store service team!

Hourly + Commission!

Off Road Warehouse (ORW), a leader in the automotive aftermarket industry, has recently acquired 4 Wheel Parts (4WP), expanding across nine states with over 50 locations. We are growing stronger and looking for skilled technicians to join us.

Job Summary

As an Aftermarket Parts Installation Technician, you will install and maintain aftermarket automotive components, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install suspensions, alignments, gears, and mount and balance wheels and tires following specifications
• Install accessories such as bumpers, lights, and winches
• Perform alignments using Hunter Hawkeye machine
• Inspect completed repairs and installations, maintain records
• Communicate professionally with internal and external parties
• Navigate computer systems for recording work and accessing information
• Strive to improve operations and develop skills
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies
• Use PPE and maintain shop cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service in teamwork

Qualifications

• Skills in mounting, balancing, and installing Jeep and Truck accessories
• Own tools required
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations; background check required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., team lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to read instructions and work orders
• Availability to work scheduled hours at the specific location

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with truck and Jeep suspension, brakes, wiring, and advanced installations
• ASE Certifications preferred

Work Environment

• Retail store service department with automotive garage facilities
• Physical work involving vehicle movement, lifting, and use of power tools; exposure to noise, fumes, and vibration
