Job summary

Austin Community College is seeking an Accounting Technician to perform technical accounting activities and support the Business Services team. You will assist staff, students and vendors with accounting issues, process vouchers, and prepare reports while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Responsibilities include reconciliations, journal entries, sponsor billings, audits support, and collaboration with internal teams. Strong Excel and ERP systems skills are essential.

  • Two years related work experience.
  • High school diploma required; associate degree in accounting preferred.
