  2. Inspect assigned machines at shift start and periodically for operational issues.

  5. Stop machines upon defect detection, determine causes, and perform repairs or call for maintenance as needed.
  6. Record defects and production data accurately on reports and tickets.
  7. Prepare rolls at doffing, calculate SPC charts, and alert relevant personnel.
  8. Follow safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, and perform other duties as assigned.
  9. Perform lockout/tagout procedures and machine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and greasing.
  10. Thread guide bars, adjust machine settings, and coordinate with fixers for mechanical issues.
  11. Ensure proper yarn pointing and machine setup for efficient operation.
  12. Handle beam shafts and manage warp maintenance as needed.
