Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning activity of allocated area and compression equipment as per SOP.
• Operate allocated area and compression equipment as per SOP.
• Maintain and fill documents like BMR and Log book as per SOP.
• Uphold and maintain area/equipment as per cGMP requirements.
• Control and minimize production loss during manufacturing activity.
• Participate in preventive maintenance work of respective equipment.
• Monitor and record environment condition, pressure differential, calibration as per schedule.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To perform the cleaning activity of allocated area, compression equipments like compression machines, combo deduster, instruments, containers, accessories etc as per their respective SOP.

• To perform the operation activity of allocated area, compression equipments like compression machines, combo deduster, instruments, as per their respective SOP.

• To fill and maintain all documents like BMR, Log book and other formats as per SOP.

• To upkeep and maintain the area/ equipments as per cGMP requirement.

• To maintain the status label of area, equipment , instrument, material, containers and accessories as per SOP.

• To control and minimize production loss during manufacturing activity.

• To take actively participate during preventive maintenance work of respective equipment.

• To monitor & record environment condition, pressure differential, calibration of balance and other metro logical instrument as per schedule time.

• To maintain the handling of material management & all types of rejection as per GMP.

• To perform In process checks and record in BMR and logbook.
