Job summary

PurgeRite is seeking a field technician to support various projects, performing prep, mobilization, setup, tear down, and site maintenance. You will work outdoors in diverse weather conditions, ensuring equipment readiness and safety compliance across multiple sites.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, OSHA 30 certification, and a valid driver’s license. CDL is encouraged. Must lift up to 80 pounds and maintain professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or work experience.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Must pass drug tests and background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Good communication skills and mechanical aptitude.
• 21 years of age; CDL is encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in pre/post job checklists.
• Helps ensure equipment is ready for projects.
• Supports all stages of a project: Mob/ Demob, setup/ tear down, night shift.
• Ensures projects are completed timely and efficiently.
• Maintains records and performs tool, facility and vehicle maintenance.
• Follows SOPs and safety procedures onsite and in shop.
• Maintains attendance and punctuality; works with teammates and customers.

• 3. Helps with every stage of a project when asked. - Mob/ Demob, Setup/ Tear down, Night Shift, Pre/ Post job tasks.
• 4. Ensure projects are worked in a timely and efficient manner.
• 5. Helps in record keeping on and offsite. Maintains tools, facilities and vehicle maintenance.
• 7. Follows company SOP's when performing a task.
• 8. Regular attendance and punctuality is a requirement for this position.
• 9. Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude, and an ability to work harmoniously with other employees and customers.
• 10. In learning process to understand the capabilities of flush equipment and tools.
• 11. Maintains client confidence and protects operations.
• 12. Contributes to team effort and has a positive attitude.
• 13. Drive defensively in company vehicles as well as on PurgeRite time including jobsites.
• 14. Follows and helps enforce PurgeRite safety procedures onsite and at shop.

Requirements EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma/ equivalent or work experience.

Work Environment/ Conditions In the performance of the job duties, the employee will work in a variety of environments including construction sites, schools, hospitals etc. This position will primarily work outside in all types of weather conditions and environments including but is not limited to wet/ or humid conditions, very warm climates and cold climates. Employee must be able to lift and or move up to 80 pounds. Must be able to be on feet for an extended amount of time.
