Job summary

Sammons Industrial in Orlando, Florida, is looking for a Service Technician I to maintain and repair equipment for customers. This position requires strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on safety and productivity.

What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain material handling equipment, including engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, drivetrains, brakes, steering, and lifting components.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component rebuilds to ensure equipment operates according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Complete service documentation, maintain parts inventory, and help keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all safety procedures, participate in technical training and certifications, and contribute to a strong Safety‑First culture.
What You’ll Bring
