Responsibilities

• Regenerate industrial water purification tanks according to procedures and standards.
• Perform integrity testing on tanks, valves, and plumbing systems.
• Use monitoring and testing equipment to measure and log water quality data.
• Troubleshoot system performance issues and identify root causes impacting water quality.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation for testing activities.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment safely using forklifts (training provided).
• Follow safety procedures, PPE use, and environmental regulations.
• Communicate with supervisors and team on job status and issues.
• Support general shop operations, including cleaning and equipment readiness.
• Perform additional duties to support operations and customer requirements.

We’re looking for a dependable Technician to support industrial water purification operations through equipment regeneration, testing, and on-site service. This role is hands-on and requires strong attention to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in both shop and field environments.

What You’ll Bring

• Mechanical aptitude – Comfortable working with tanks, plumbing systems, and testing equipment with attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset – Identifies issues quickly and applies practical solutions to maintain system performance and quality
• Customer-focused approach – Communicates professionally and works to ensure positive service outcomes at all job sites

What You’ll Do

• Regenerate industrial water purification tanks according to established procedures and quality standards
• Perform integrity testing on tanks, valves, and plumbing systems to ensure proper function and compliance
• Use monitoring and testing equipment to measure and log water quality data accurately
• Troubleshoot system performance issues and identify root causes impacting water quality
• Maintain detailed service records, logs, and documentation for all testing and operational activities
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials safely using forklifts and other tools (training provided)
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to environmental regulations
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job status and any issues encountered
• Support general shop operations, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining equipment readiness
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs and customer requirements

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED required; prior industrial, mechanical, or water treatment experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, overtime, and extended shifts based on project demands
• Ability to perform manual labor
