Job summary

T&T Cleaning and Restoration in Tucson, AZ is looking for a Mitigation Technician to assess and resolve water, fire, mold, and other hazardous damage, responding quickly to emergencies to minimize losses.

You will perform inspections, develop mitigation plans, and operate dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters, documenting findings for insurance claims.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license; OSHA familiarity and IICRC WRT are preferred but not required.

• Remove damaged materials and contaminants safely while following industry best practices and safety protocols.
• Document all work performed, including photographs and detailed reports, to support insurance claims and project tracking.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance representatives, and team members to coordinate mitigation efforts and provide status updates.
