We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team of Draft Beer Technicians. The ideal candidate will either have experience handling draft beer systems or be willing to learn through on-the-job training. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our draft beer systems, ensuring that consumers enjoy the highest quality pours at bars, restaurants, and events.

Key deliverables:

  • Act as a liaison between Asahi and customer accounts.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance including cleaning of beer coolers, beer lines, beer taps, keg couplers, etc.
  • Analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot the draught system on poor pouring or dispensing issues. Rectify issue and ensure the draught system are back in good operating condition.
  • Communicate effectively with customers on technical issues and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain and submit records of field activities, including cleaning schedules, repairs, and service calls.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Experience with handling draft beer equipment is preferred, though candidates without experience are also welcome as training will be provided
  • Must possess a Class 3 driving license
  • Possess good customer service
  • Basic electrical knowledge with trouble-shooting skill
  • Experience using hand tools (drill, faucet wrench, screwdrivers, crimpers, etc.)
