Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and Repair: Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in a range of vehicles, performing repairs with precision and efficiency to meet Thompsons' standards of quality and integrity.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks, and fluid top-offs, always with a focus on the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
  • Customer-Focused Service: Communicate openly and effectively with Service Advisors to provide accurate repair details and cost estimates, demonstrating a servant's attitude and ensuring the customer's needs are prioritized.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and team members, supporting one another and embodying the teamwork value to achieve our common goal of exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
