MPW Industrial Services is seeking a dependable Technician to support industrial water purification operations through equipment regeneration, testing, and on-site service.

The role is hands-on, requires safety and quality focus, and involves both shop and field environments with multi-shift hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; industrial/mechanical/water treatment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is expected.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and overtime.
• Ability to perform manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Regenerate industrial water purification tanks according to procedures.
• Perform integrity testing on tanks, valves, and plumbing systems.
• Use monitoring equipment to log water quality data accurately.
• Troubleshoot system performance issues and identify root causes.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment safely with forklifts (training provided).
• Follow safety procedures and PPE guidelines.
• Support shop operations, including cleaning and equipment readiness.
• Other duties to support operations and customer needs.

We’re looking for a dependable Technician to support industrial water purification operations through equipment regeneration, testing, and on-site service. This role is hands‑on and requires strong attention to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in both shop and field environments.

What You’ll Bring

• Mechanical aptitude – Comfortable working with tanks, plumbing systems, and testing equipment with attention to detail

What You’ll Do

• Regenerate industrial water purification tanks according to established procedures and quality standards
• Perform integrity testing on tanks, valves, and plumbing systems to ensure proper function and compliance
• Use monitoring and testing equipment to measure and log water quality data accurately
• Troubleshoot system performance issues and identify root causes impacting water qualityMaintain detailed service records, logs, and documentation for all testing and operational activities
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials safely using forklifts and other tools (training provided)
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to environmental regulations
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job status and any issues encountered
• Support general shop operations, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining equipment readiness
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs and customer requirements
