A1 Garage Door in Nashville, TN seeks Garage Door Technician Apprentices for a hands-on program that teaches diagnosing, repairing, and installing garage door systems while interacting with homeowners.

Apprentices will learn technical and sales skills in a supportive environment with uncapped earnings potential, a $1,000 signing bonus, company vehicle, tools provided, and travel to Phoenix Academy.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license and 3+ years driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in extreme temperatures regularly.
• Some hands-on mechanical experience or comfort with tools (home services, auto shops, DIY projects, etc.)
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check, drug test (THC excluded), and driving record check.
• Basic tech comfort (apps, tablets); ability to read and perform math for measurements and payments.

Responsibilities

A1 Garage Door is seeking Garage Door Technician Apprentices in Nashville, TN. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role where apprentices will learn to diagnose, repair, and install garage door systems while interacting directly with homeowners. The ideal candidate enjoys mechanical work, is dependable, and is eager to learn both technical and sales skills in a supportive environment.
