Job summary

Teasdale Latin Foods in Louisville, KY is seeking a Taco Line Technician 1st Shift (Machine Operator - General Production) to ensure packaging quality at standard production rates.

You will follow SOPs, train across positions as directed, and report safety or production issues to the Shift Supervisor. You will maintain process documentation and perform quality checks to uphold food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform all duties as assigned in work instructions.
• Must be able to stand during the entire schedule.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and use both hands.
• Must successfully complete a basic certification assessment.

Responsibilities

• Package quality products at or above standard production rates.
• Follow SOPs and maintain line efficiencies and yields.
• Communicate production problems or safety issues to Shift Supervisor.
• Maintain process documentation relevant to the assignment.
• Perform quality checks as required.

TACO LINE TECHNICIAN 1st SHIFT(MACHINE OPERATOR - GENERAL PRODUCTION) - LOUISVILLE, KYOVERVIEW:This individual will be responsible for packaging quality products at or above standard production rates. The individual will be required to perform their work following standard operating procedures and become qualified in all technical positions within the department.
