Job summary

L&T Technology Services LTD in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Individual Contributor to perform manufacturing tasks in line with documentation and time allocations, using conventional and digital tools, and inspecting own work. The role emphasizes responsibility for complex tasks, rework at unit and component level, and continuous improvement within the area.

A Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field is required, with a Master's preferred.

Job responsibility: Individual Contributor in charge of performing, within his / her area of technological specification, tasks in the manufacturing process in accordance with the manufacturing documentation and the time allocated, using the resources available (including conventional and/or digital machine tools) and inspects his / her own work .As main missions :

• Performs Manufacturing operations in accordance with the associated documentation and the time allocated, using the resources available
• Is responsible for complex work and rework at unit and component level
• Chooses and implements suitable methods, resources and procedures;
• Brings support to the operators;
• Initializes and manages continuous improvement actions in and around his/her area;
• Performs final inspection duties when requested in accordance with drawings, EOs and any other regulatory requirement pertaining to the product.
