Job summary

Aftermath Services is seeking a hands-on Technician to assist with biohazard cleanup and trauma remediation across various sites. The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols and the ability to operate, maintain, and report on equipment and vehicles.

You will participate in comprehensive training, work with dynamic schedules, and may require overnight travel. A valid driver’s license and physical capability are essential for this field-based position.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Local candidate available to respond within 1 hour of call.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments.
• Willingness to undergo comprehensive training in biohazard remediation processes.
• Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and compliance protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Responsible for the proper use, care, and routine maintenance of company equipment and vehicles; promptly reports issues or needed repairs.
• Participates in comprehensive training programs covering biohazard cleanup processes and procedures, safety protocols, regulatory compliance, customer service, and related job skills.
• Completes administrative duties including shipping and receiving, scheduling vehicle maintenance, and coordinating Stericycle pickups.
• Performs job site setup and breakdown; safely operates power tools; conducts disinfection procedures; and accurately mixes and applies cleaning and disinfecting products according to established guidelines.
• Respond promptly to service calls, providing biohazard remediation services in various emergency situations.

What is a Hybrid Pay Structure?

In this role, you earn money based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates—Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of fifteen dollars per hour.
