Responsibilities

  • Adhere to safety and compliance protocols for a safe work environment.
  • Maintain and care for company equipment and vehicles; report issues promptly.
  • Participate in training on biohazard cleanup, safety, and regulations.
  • Handle shipping/receiving, vehicle maintenance scheduling, and Stericycle pickups.
  • Set up and break down job sites; operate power tools and apply cleaning products as directed.
  • Respond promptly to service calls and provide biohazard remediation in emergencies.

What You’ll Do
  • Adhere strictly to safety and compliance protocols, ensuring a safe work environment
  • Responsible for the proper use, care, and routine maintenance of company equipment and vehicles; promptly reports issues or needed repairs.
  • Participates in comprehensive training programs covering biohazard cleanup processes and procedures, safety protocols, regulatory compliance, customer service, and related job skills.
  • Completes administrative duties including shipping and receiving, scheduling vehicle maintenance, and coordinating Stericycle pickups.
  • Performs job site setup and breakdown; safely operates power tools; conducts disinfection procedures; and accurately mixes and applies cleaning and disinfecting products according to established guidelines.
  • Respond promptly to service calls, providing biohazard remediation services in various emergency situations.

  • Customer service experience and military personnel are highly valued.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

What is a Hybrid Pay Structure?

In this role, you earn money based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates—Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of fifteen dollars per hour.
